crawdad coworking space
yet ANOTHER community space. it's mostly filled with all the larger items we got from packs that don’t really fit into my sims' homes, with a woodworking studio on the second floor where your sims' can take/host classes.
- 40x30 lot originally built on municipal muses in willlow creek, but it will probably look ok in evergreen harbour
- cc included in download (there's a merged file of a cc set because unmerging will mess up the textures of the items.)
Summer Picnic
A set of items for decorating a picnic location. Feel summer with this wonderful set, the taste of ripe berries, the smell of wildflowers and a gentle afternoon nap on a soft plaid.
If you have the "Cottage Living EP11" add-on, the picnic basket will be functional. If not, it will be decor.

hello again! happy august! new month, new projects, new cc! i've started accepting requests recently. (more like soft-commissions. listen.. it makes sense to me.) and this is the first one i've completed. huge thanks to @SimCityIvan! thank you for trusting me enough to bring your idea to life! i think it came out so well! it's a city transit bus that features a nice ad for Ivan's upcoming series.
