About us

We believe that fresh air fixes a lot. Since 2000 we've been making it easy to discover ways to get active outdoors and build habits that help people feel better all year round. Our website brings together:

  • 1,000s of ways to get active outdoors — including events, trips, challenges, clubs or your own thing
  • Our One Million Challenge — a collective goal to keep our community motivated, connected and coming back
  • Our own social platform to make it easy for people to plan, log and share their time outdoors

Our mission is simple: to build the UK's biggest community for people who want to get outdoors, be active and feel alive.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
