I just ate three eggs worth of a "souflee" that I came up with on the fly.

Liquid eggs 3 scoops of pea protein powder 3oz of mozzarella bathed in EVOO Oregano Salt Pepper Parmesan cheese Chicken bone broth

Calorie dense food that's high in protein shouldn't be a problem for this new diet, should it? #bariatricsurgery #weightloss #weightmanagement

Hanging out at the mall with Tammy Gainsforth, Charlotte Gainsforth, her friend and my grandson. I didn't realize how much energy I've put into everything until I saw a massage place here and thought "NEED NOW". I don't usually think about this until it's too late.

I hope I can get some massage time while I'm mall walking today.
