DARA wins Vienna 2026 for Bulgaria
DARA has won the 70th Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song „Bangaranga“ as millions around the world celebrated 7 decades of being United by Music and securing Bulgaria’s first-ever Eurovision victory.
Hosted by ORF at the Wiener Stadthalle, the 70th Eurovision Song Contest brought together 25 finalists and millions of viewers worldwide under the theme “United by Music”. Bangaranga, written by Anne Judith Stokke Wik, Darina Yotova, Dimitris Kontopoulos and Monoir, topped the combined jury and public vote.



DARA is the winner of
Bulgaria’s National Selection for
Eurovision 2026,
securing her place as the country’s official representative at the contest.
She is a leading artist on the contemporary Bulgarian and Balkan pop scene, known for her global vision, No.1 hits, and strong stage presence. Her creative journey includes collaborations with renowned international figures such as Chris Young (Rod Stewart, Kylie Minogue), Jungleboi (ZAYN, Rihanna), Yoad Nevo, and Monoir.
In 2025, she unveiled her most conceptually bold project to date, ADHDARA — an album that marked a defining shift toward a fully realized international identity and sound.
