The microscopic photo documentation was made bya Leica DM 2000
photomicroscope. The embryos at the start of development were blocked whole.
The liver sections (5 [micro]m) were examined with a
photomicroscope after staining with hematoxylin and eosin dye (H&E).
All sections were examined and photographed using a light
photomicroscope (Nikon Eclipse E600; USA).
All samples were analyzed and photographed with a Leica[R] DM500
photomicroscope coupled to a Leica[R] ICC50HD camera.
Several sections were chosen for photomicrography using Zeiss
photomicroscope supplied by Canon digital camera to describe the different developmental changes of the middle ear and its relation to the different neighboring structures.
A Nikon Eclipse 80i
photomicroscope with 200 x magnification was used to obtain the images, which were then analyzed with the Image Pro Plus 6.0 software (Media Cybernetics, USA).
For general histopathological evaluation, tissue sections of 4 [micro]m were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), and examined under a
photomicroscope (Olympus BX51, Tokyo, Japan) by an experienced histologist who was unaware of the treatment conditions.
Slides were observed with an Olympus BH 2 light
photomicroscope in immersion 1000 X.
The detailed cross-sections were visualized by Motic[R] BA 210
photomicroscope coupled to Moticam 3MP camera and the longitudinal and transverse sections using Leica EZ4HD Lens.
The analysis and photographic documentation were performed with a Nikon Eclipse-50
photomicroscope.
Dispersions of celluloses in water were observed using a
photomicroscope (Olympus BX50).
