The largest systems are typically ones where performance demands are limited to short bursts of
multicasts, far from the rates seen in Figure 1 [Birman 1999].
A May 2019 launch is planned, with a full roll-out that includes MVPD distribution (digital
multicasts are included on cable systems in many markets), as well as via OTT means — a necessity at the dawn of the 2020s.
