For our visit stand-out items included a fantastic portion of
black cod, delicious chicken skewers, a prime steak and a few sushi rolls for good measure.

We chose from Nobu's iconic
Black Cod Miso (broiled Alaskan
black cod and den miso sauce), Chirashi (chef 's selection of 10 sashimi), and Chicken Tonkatsu (crispy Panko chicken and tonkatsu sauce) to Pork Tonkatsu (crispy Panko pork and tonkatsu sauce) and Sushi (chef 's selection consisting of five sushi and one cut roll).
Start with a cold selection that includes Japanese egg omelette, assorted sashimi, deep-fried soy eggplant with basil miso and tuna tataki before dipping into a hot collection with tiger prawn tempura, miso
black cod and tajima wagyu with maitake mushroom.

Black Cod in preserved vegetables, Basa fillet with garlic and roasted pork hot pot, Pan fried clams in black bean sauce, oysters with ginger and green onion sizzling hot plate, dungeness crab with spicy dry garlic and beef and lettuce fried rice.
Michael Cimarusti, the chef of Cape Seafood & Provisions, said, "Try local catches like
black cod, vermillion rockfish, yellowtail - especially the collars - and white seabass, all great on the grill."
The food menu currently includes beef and foie gras gyoza, Angus fillet with caramelised soy,
black cod and peking duck bon bons.
