The uterus was deformed due to the intramural myomatous node,
subserous myomatous node, and small
subserous nodes along the anterior wall of the uterus.
Another solid mass of around 2.5 cm in diameter was adjacent to the ovary, resembling a
subserous uterine fibroid.
Submucous fibroids have the strongest association with lower ongoing pregnancy rate (OR 0.5, 95% CI 0.3 to 0.8), mainly due to defective implantation.6 However, there is no evidence that
subserous or intramural fibroids adversely affect pregnancy outcome.7
As for the cT stage, it is hard to make a precise judgement of the cT1, cT2, and cT3 stages by CT scan reported by previous studies [14-16]; as a result, we divided these patients into the cT1cT3 group (tumor invasion restricted to the
subserous layer) and the cT4 group (tumor invasion beyond serosa).
The bowel specimen affected by endometriosis can be histologically classified into four stages: stage 0, when the endometriotic tissue is only affecting the peritoneum and the subserosal connective tissue (not reaching the
subserous plexus); stage 1, endometriotic foci are located in the
subserous fat tissue or adjacent to the neurovascular branches (
subserous plexus), rarely involving the external muscle layer; stage 2, the muscular wall and the Auerbach plexus are involved; and stage 3, the infiltration is reaching the submucosal nervous plexus or the mucosa [23].

Pedunculated
subserous myomas were removed in 4 women, subserosal myomas in 5, and intramural myomas in 10 [6].
However, it is difficult to conclude that non-CDM has no adverse impact on fertility from the data presented in this previous publication because the study involved women with
subserous myomas, which have a little adverse impact on fertility.
The appendix is located posteromedial to the caecum, but its location may be different in the presence of
subserous parts.
The Haemorrhagic Septicaemia is characterised by rapid course, fever, oedematous swelling in head-throat-brisket region, swollen and haemorrhagic lymph nodes and presence of numerous
subserous petechial haemorrhages (Carter and De Alwis, 1989).
