Star of David
1. A symbol of Judaism and of Israel. It consists of two triangles which interlace to form a six-pointed star. In Hebrew it is called the shield of David.
2. A six-pointed star (hexagram) used in magic (especially black magic) and representing the balance between masculine and feminine.
