In the context of sustained expansion and a strong publishing programme, Bloomsbury Publishing has announced a major organisational restructuring designed to support its next phase of growth. The publisher has delivered significant gains in recent years, completing 35 acquisitions and doubling revenue from £185 million in 2020/21 to £361 million in 2024/25. Profits also more than doubled, rising from £19.2 million to £48.8 million between 2023 and 2024, while headcount increased from 738 to 1,238 over the same period.
