At Robbins Schwartz, we represent public libraries throughout Illinois. We understand the procedural, statutory, and common-law doctrines that apply to libraries and their personnel. While some library law cases fall under other areas of relevant municipal law, many situations are unique to libraries.

Municipalities
Our firm has extensive experience advising and representing municipalities, townships, and local governments. We help clients comply with state laws like the Open Meetings and Freedom of Information Acts and regularly present on emerging municipal issues.
