Hi all! I’m celebrating that I am almost done with revisions on my first novel. I had posted several chapters on here, but while doing re reads I found areas that needed expansion or just more sensory detail. I went back and updated those chapters, (and I actually added two brand new ones), so now I’m starting with the edited versions going forward. I have 5 chapters left to read through, and I’m pretty excited about the direction things have been going 😊 I hope everyone’s writing has been going well!

Congratulations! It can be hard to stay committed not just to adding new writing but also to improving what you already have. I've found that when I transfer stories to RR I often find things in the process to change, something about the different format makes it hit a little differently to me at least!

Anyway, great work and I hope the writing continues to flow smoothly.

Thank you! I have been tinkering on and off with this story for close to 30 years. I have written book two and half of book three since I finished this one, and noticed my style has changed since writing the first one. I have cut down on exposition and replaced it with more character moments. It’s slowly becoming what I had always hoped it would be. 😊😊
