The Saiphling has a cough and keeps waking herself up. Last night she finally fell asleep at 3am. And she seems to have forgotten how to day-nap.

I need to renew my passport but it's winter and by the time we get through breakfast and dog walking there's too much shadow for good photo taking.

In other news though, the Saiphling has figured out that pens draw stuff. Then she gave my green sharpie to the dog. It still works but it has teeth marks in the side.

I am not sure how she actually got the green sharpie in the first place. I gave her a water pen with a special mat that changes colour when wet. Possibly the green pen was too close to the edge of the desk.

I am excited for when we can learn drawing together.

Oh, no! Wishing your Saiphling (cute moniker, btw :) ) a speedy recovery! Also, I find taking professional photos at home to be such a pain in general. Fingers crossed you snap a good one.

It could have been worse, I guess. The sharpie could have mysteriously ended up in the washing machine, transforming all your outfits into the spring haute couture collection.

Anyhow, a toast to every pet owner around. You are all more responsible than I am.
Another toast to every parent around, and may your sleep routine recover faster than a progression fantasy protagonist levels up their skills.

Oh! Me too! And maybe then she will learn how to make cute little crafty things.
Honestly, and oh my gosh. I'm such a sucker for a kawaii kid. 🎨

Terrible creature. I love it, and I hate it at the same time.

Side note: He never did it on my work laptop only private one xD

They pour their insides out for you and you still hate them?  DrakanAngry

Seriously though, I do not envy that clean up. If you need to take away anything from this, you probably weren't giving them enough attention!
And as much as our feline gods like to command, they may or may not be always right. Maybe they decided you just needed a break

I am about Three chapters deep into a book I am working on right now alongside my other one (Adventures of Steven from Maine: Escape from Blackwood Hotel).
I am working on an Isekai style book, where the main character is hit by a bus and transported to a world where meat gives you strength. Cannibalism and Vampirism are frowned upon of course, but they do give you certain abilities...though it darkens and turns your soul pretty fast.
I the book will be about Nine or Ten chapters long. I will reveal the name of the book and the first chapter when I reach chapter Five or Six. Just thought I'd share this with everyone if anyone is interested.

I don't want to be a responsible working age adult today!

I want to lounge in my PJs, read stuff, and eat cheese, in the cool, quiet darkness.
Together at the edge of the world

Let us escape into the land of Mario Kart and salted popcorn.
