Claims to be health care survey from Select Health Medicare Advantage program but does not provide any call back number to verify. However you can opt out from answering the questions, which is how I found out the content of the call. It is a Robocall and suspicious, but it did only ask non-specific healthcare questions, did not ask for data or for me to provide evidence of who I am (numbers, addresses, telephone, etc.). Bad data collection effort in my opinion, they need to setup their website better if they want to collect data from their customers on how their programs are working so people can feel safer about providing information.

It was obvious a robot caller that handed me off to a real person after I said hello twice. Calling for someone not me and wanting to know about me or if I knew about this other person.

frontier airlines customer service number/group listed under Frontier stole monies from me. Thought they were part of Frontier ticket purchase customer service. To my surprise after seeing my bank account, they gave themselves over 100.00 to make my flight on top of the cost of my ticket. When I tried to cancel the ticket within 5 mins of making it after finding this out, they put me with their so called boss who said sorry and hung up on me then took 79,99 from my bank acct. unapproved. First i was informed the ticket would cost me 200.00 I said no can't do that. then it went to 98.98 and I agreed to that until I saw my bank account where they gave themselves over 100.00 for making me a ticket. I thought I was talking right to Frontier. Frontier needs to get rid of this group of dirty crooks right away. Otherwise they will lose more customers as they charged me money I never approved. just had my card number from ticket and put money in their pocket without even telling me. I am reporting them for fraud. they refused to cancel my ticket 5 mins after making it.
I received a email addressed to my dead son thanking him for an online purchase through PayPal for $357 made August 7, 2025 to be taken out within 24 hours. Obviously he didn’t make a purchase since he passed away 6/7/2022. The number on the receipt is an Ogden, Utah # 801-457-8338.
