A man who was made subject of a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention order in 2022 has pleaded guilty to a number of sexual assaults on a underage girl.
Ryan Burdett, of Fleet Street, Plymouth, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court on September 12 where he faced three charges.
The 28-year-old was accused of three counts of sexual touching a girl aged under 16 between June 2018 and April 2019 in Plymouth.
The victim cannot be identified for legal reasons.
Burdett offered guilty pleas to all three charges.
He was granted unconditional bail and will be sentenced at Plymouth Crown Court on September 19.
In May 2022, Burdett appeared at Plymouth Magistrates' Court, as reported by PlymouthLive the following month, where he pleaded guilty to the charge of intentionally exposing his genitals to cause alarm. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and was made subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which was set to last until May 25, 2027.
The conditions of the SHPO order saw him prohibiting the exposure of genitalia in public place, to wear clothing covering genitals, not to wear clothes designed to expose genitals. He was also placed on the Sex Offenders' Register for five years by the magistrates.
