“To be honest, I had never heard of this movie before so I had no idea what to expect from it but since it was included in the ‘They Shoot Pictures, Don’t They?’ list, I thought I might as well check it out. Movies viewed in 2017 (338 movies items)"26/6/17 How can you really explain what Hellzapoppin' is about when this Olsen and Johnson vehicle doesn't know what it's about. Set around a love triangle, it is brimming with surreal and anarchic humour with the leads breaking the fourth wall, random characters roaming in and out of the film while stock musical numbers turn into chaos. One of the funniest, most insane movies around and I love it."
