Summary: My journey into the world of graphic design began as a natural extension of my academic pursuits. After completing my degree in web design, I found myself drawn to the creative possibilities within the realm of graphic design. My educational background had equipped me with a diverse skill set, but it was my inherent curiosity that fueled my desire to explore this vibrant field further. During my web design studies, I delved into a wide array of subjects, and this diverse curriculum fostered my passion for design. However, it wasn't solely the classroom that shaped my journey. I also ventured into the dynamic sphere of social media and video production. These practical experiences broadened my horizons and nurtured my creativity, giving me a more comprehensive understanding of design and its applications in the digital world. Interestingly, my extensive involvement in gymnastics has played an unexpected yet vital role in my approach to design. From a young age, I've spent countless hours balancing on my feet and hands, refining my physical prowess and cultivating discipline. The parallels between gymnastics and graphic design may not be immediately evident, but they share a common thread: dedication and perseverance. Just as gymnastics demands unwavering focus, artistic expression, and the pursuit of perfection, so does the world of graphic design. My background in gymnastics has taught me the value of precision, adaptability, and the importance of pushing boundaries, traits that seamlessly translate into the world of design. It's through this unique combination of experiences that I've discovered my true calling. I see graphic design as an art form, an arena where I can balance my creativity with meticulous attention to detail, much like the intricate routines I've mastered on the gymnastics floor.

Summary: Laura Doggett is a creative polymath, drawing upon a rounded experience from her various roles as an Artist, Talent Agent and Social Strategy Consultant, she has a deeper understanding of how to meet the demands of every client. As a signed singer-songwriter at the age of 19 with Sony RCA, Laura has the experience first-hand of marketing teams building Global plans around her own campaign; she intrinsically knows how overwhelmingly difficult it is for an Artist to distil their creative vision into marketing jargon, and felt how the essence of the Artist is so frivolously lost in this process. Her interest piqued in Marketing & Branding, Sophie Ball (ex Head of All Saints' Global VIP) hired Laura into a freelance assistant role where together they sourced talent from across the Globe and utilised their networks to bring about impressive press-worthy Celebrity placements for companies such as Luxoticca (Ray-ban, Prada, MiuMiu), River Island and ASOS. Having built a network of brands, agents and managers, Laura fell into being a Talent Manager where she assisted some of the UK’s largest social Influencers, brokering and negotiating deals on their behalf and protecting their brands from being diluted in the process; Laura learned the brand campaigns that failed were those who used ventriloquy - campaigns which lacked sentiment and believability by ostensibly using the talent as a puppet. Having been instrumental in setting up and running the day-to-day of Core Influence, Laura went on with Sophie to open the London office of the Pulse Advertising's "Hive Management", of which she found the Agency experience to be invaluable, however not a creative fit. After a freelance stint as a Social + TikTok Consultant for Polydor Records, Dirty Hit & Parlophone, Laura built "Something Something" and "StandBy Talent" - emerging as purely creative-first Agencies in the social and talent spaces. Built from the core values of being able to stand in client's shoes, we deliver campaigns which are built to achieve fluidity within all areas of the creative industries.
