Sharing a design file
The most basic way of getting your design prototype into the hands of anyone is to use the Share feature. When you create a share link, you can specify who can view the prototype, whether they can edit the design, and more. This is accessed from the Share button in the upper right of your interface. So if I click this button, the Share this File dialog appears. The first option is to invite others by name or email. So if somebody else is on your team, they should show up here when you just put their name in. But if it's somebody external, you might want to use the email to invite them to the file. In terms of who has access, we can set it for anyone. And the options here can be if anyone can view or to edit. And you can add some additional security here by including a password. There is an advanced checkbox which allows viewers to copy, share, and export from the file once they have access. Let's go back because it notes other people here.
