We are looking for a frontend engineer to lead the development of its World MiniApp, which is a website for mobile rendered through the World app. The candidate should be an expert in Next.js and fluent in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind.

Key responsibilities
Lead frontend development of the World MiniApp with focus on performance and user experience
Architect and implement scalable, reusable frontend systems
Drive technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features
Review pull requests, maintain code quality standards, and improve the codebase through refactoring
Requirements
Expert in React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Strong experience with Tailwind and mobile-first design
Track record of building and scaling successful web applications
Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Interest in blockchain technology and its applications
Nice to have
Experience in technical leadership
Experience with Ethereum development (Viem/ethers.js)
Familiarity with shadcn and World's MiniKit
Experience contributing to open-source software
Experience scaling infrastructure, especially databases, hosting, and networking
