Executive Assistant/Office Manager wanted to support CEO of a boutique Investment Banking firm located in Midtown. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting correspondence, memos, maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings and appointments. The EA/OM will also be responsible for handling travel reservations and preparing expense reports, screening incoming calls, special projects, and other administrative duties as assigned. There will also be "meaty" projects where creativity is required! Office Management duties include ordering office supplies, liaising with building operations, planning office events and social gatherings, liaising with the firm's PEO, vendor management and more.
5-10 plus years of related experience or training, or a combination of experience and education. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team – an excellent sense of humor and an upbeat disposition are a must! This role is in office M-F from roughly 9-5. Some overtime will be required.
