🎄❄️☃️ Holiday Season Project Highlight 🎄❄️☃️ Last year, Tri-Stad Construction had to deliver a Christmas miracle 🪄💫 A three-unit restaurant build at the Edmonton International Airport (YEG), featuring OEB Breakfast Co., Avalon Cocktail Bar, and Wheels Up Burgers and BBQ in an *unprecedented 12-week build window from Demolition Start (September 23rd) to Substantial Completion and Occupancy Granted (December 16th). This was especially critical to our client as we needed to beat the mandatory holiday #YEG **Blackout Period to ensure the client was open for peak traffic during the holidays! This was possible due to the determination of our team and our project manager, Mitch Nystad, to negotiate the utilization of the disruptive ***Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology from the outset, which allowed for seamless collaboration and real-time decision-making from all stakeholders and our partners. What an incredible day last Friday was! YEG’s 15th Annual Charity Golf Classic raised an amazing $156,084 for local charities, #NotInMyCity and Leduc & District Food Bank Association.
