IPA continues to raise the bar on employee engagement, and the data backs it up. Our most recent Gallup Employee Engagement results place us in the 83rd percentile globally, a 10-point increase year over year. That level of movement reflects meaningful, organization-wide progress. We also reached a 4.56 overall engagement score, the highest in our trendline and part of a steady climb over the past several years. Perhaps most telling, our engagement ratio is 79:1. For every actively disengaged employee, there are 79 engaged team members. This places IPA firmly in a top-tier category worldwide. What this means in practice is strong alignment, trust in leadership, and a culture where people are connected to their work and each other. We are proud of the progress and focused on building on this momentum. #EmployeeExperience #Engagement #Culture #Leadership #Gallup

National Nurses Week (May 6–12) is a moment to recognize the people who keep healthcare running under constant pressure. Nurses manage complexity, adapt in real time, and uphold critical standards every shift. The tools they use every day matter. IPA equipment like scrubEx and alEx support hygiene, consistency, and efficiency behind the scenes, helping nurses stay focused on patient care. To every nurse showing up, problem-solving, and pushing through long shifts, this week is yours. And the impact you make extends far beyond it. #NationalNursesWeek #Nursing #Healthcare #PatientCare

IPA is seeking a Senior Software Product Owner to serve as the execution backbone across engineering, firmware, and hardware teams, owning delivery discipline and Agile rigor across IPA's cross-domain platform. This role offers the opportunity to move IPA from reactive delivery coordination to structured, predictable platform execution — translating product intent into sequenced, executable work and ensuring that what enters development is scoped correctly and exits with fewer integration surprises. Members of the IPA Engineering and IT departments recently attended the Roper Cyber Summit 2026 in Orlando, FL, joining cybersecurity leaders from across the Roper portfolio for discussions on emerging threats, strategic priorities, and the evolving security landscape. Edward Parker, Bhavin Chauhan, PMP, and Joe Cordero represented IPA, contributing to valuable peer dialogue alongside CISOs and executive leadership from across the organization. The event provided a strong forum for forward-looking conversations and actionable insights that can be brought back to our teams. More info: https://lnkd.in/e-XK-vQw

April was a strong month for IPA Demo Days. We brought fully operational alEx units on-site to three leading healthcare organizations: 📍 Nebraska Medical Center (which also showcased a scrubEx unit) 📍 Augusta Health Care – Staunton, VA 📍 Tampa General Hospital Across all locations, engagement has been high, with strong participation from clinical teams and staff interacting with the units in live, on-site environments. Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with strong turnout and encouraging scorecard responses. It’s been valuable to see clinicians and staff interacting directly with the technology and identifying where it can support their day-to-day workflows. Looking forward to building on this momentum and continuing the conversations ahead. #DemoDays #HealthcareSustainability #AutomationInHealthcare #LinenManagement

🌎 Celebrating Earth Day at IPA In recognition of Earth Day this week, more than 30 of our team members stepped outside the office and onto Premiere Parkway in Duluth, GA to take part in a hands-on Earth Day initiative. Equipped with gloves, litter grabbers, and trash bags, the group worked together to collect litter and help clean up the area surrounding our office. It was a simple effort—but one that made an immediate and visible impact in our local community. At IPA, we believe responsibility extends beyond the workplace. Taking time to invest in the communities where we live and work is a core part of how we show up as a team. #EarthDay #Sustainability #CommunityImpact #IPACares

We’ve noticed we’re being tagged more frequently in posts intended for other “IPA” organizations — so we thought it would be helpful to clarify who we are and what we actually do. We’re IPA (Innovative Product Achievements). We design, build, and support innovative technologies that help organizations solve real problems and deliver measurable outcomes — particularly in healthcare. Our core focus is on automation and management solutions for healthcare linen, scrubs, and specialty uniforms. We develop both the software and hardware that enable hospitals to track, distribute, and manage these systems efficiently — improving staff experience, reducing infection risk, and lowering operational costs. Our solutions are used by over 900,000 healthcare professionals each day across more than 1,000 hospitals worldwide. We’re not a trade body, certification institute, or membership organization. We’re a technology partner focused on execution — taking ideas from concept through to something that works in the real world. “IPA” is a widely used acronym, so we get tagged in conversations that span everything from advertising to procurement to clinical roles. That’s understandable, but in many cases it’s not us. If you’ve landed here via a tag and were unsure — that’s the distinction. If your focus is on improving operational efficiency, reducing risk, and delivering measurable outcomes through technology, that’s where we can add value. #Healthcare #HealthTech #HospitalOperations #Automation #Innovation #PatientSafety #DigitalHealth #HealthcareTechnology
