Stop sounding like a textbook. Start sounding like yourself. 💬 Want to express your ideas more naturally in English? Instead of memorizing random words, build your opinion using useful sentence starters and linking expressions. ✨ Try these: • Let me tell you my opinion… • It gives you the chance to… • It creates a sense of belonging. • It boosts confidence by… • It depends on… • It allows you to explain… • It helps you structure your day. • Although… • It still offers… • It fosters creativity and collaboration. • It sparks new ideas. • It gives you a great opportunity to… • It contributes to… • The truth is that… • Unlike… • Conversely… • On the other hand… • Moreover… • Furthermore… 🗣️ Challenge yourself: Choose one topic, such as AI, remote work, exercise, music, or learning English, and write a short paragraph using at least five of these expressions. The goal isn’t to sound more advanced. The goal is to communicate your ideas clearly, logically, and naturally. That’s what real fluency looks like. 🚀

Have you ever been asked, “What do you think?” and suddenly your mind goes blank? It doesn’t mean you don’t have ideas. Sometimes, you just need a way to organize them. That’s why I use the Thinking Ladder in my training sessions. It gives learners a simple routine to organize their thoughts, develop critical thinking, and express their ideas with confidence.. Before sharing your opinion, take five simple steps: 👀 Observe what you notice. 🔍 Interpret what it means. ⚖️ Evaluate the situation. 💡 Imagine new possibilities. 🔗 Connect it to your own experience. When you follow a process, expressing your ideas becomes easier, more natural, and more confident. Remember: Great opinions aren’t random. They’re built, step by step. 🪜 Climb the Thinking Ladder. Think deeper. Speak with confidence.

📚 Every book leaves a mark. As James Clear writes in Atomic Habits: “Each book you read not only teaches you something new but also opens up different ways of thinking about old ideas.” Reading isn’t just about collecting information. It’s about seeing familiar things through new lenses, asking better questions, and gradually transforming the way we think. One chapter, one idea, one page at a time. ✨ What book has changed the way you see the world?

Because fluency is not built through endless exercises. It’s built through meaningful use. Which approach do you identify with more: exercises or tasks?

During the month of May, most of our groups worked on topics related to “Modern Lifestyle” and “Burnout.” We reflected on how the fast pace of modern life, hyperconnectivity, and the culture of being available 24/7 have gradually shaped habits that often affect our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As part of those conversations, I would like to share a small reflection: “Health is a state of balance between the elements of the body and all anatomical and physiological systems, allowing each part to function harmoniously and develop its full potential smoothly and without interruption. However, everyday life does not always allow this balance to happen naturally. Mental, emotional, and moral stability are also essential aspects of well-being. Spirituality complements health by connecting human life with a broader and more universal dimension. Good health is one of the greatest treasures we can have. Without it, it becomes difficult to sustain well-being or achieve fulfillment in other areas of life.” For this reason, there are certain essential principles that help preserve health and promote a higher quality of life: • Maintaining a balanced diet • Practicing regular physical exercise • Living a simple and conscious life • Cultivating balance and healthy ways of living These principles are part of Hatha Yoga philosophy, but they can also be universally applied to everyday life.
