Epic night last week in Beverly Hills with the Singleton Foundation for Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship, which each year holds a gala in memory of one of the greatest compounders of capital of all time, Teledyne's Henry Singleton. At this year's annual "CEO Prize" event, the Foundation honored both the legendary Ken Langone of The Home Depot fame and Tony Xu, Founder of DoorDash. Our good friend, Will Thorndike, who alongside the Singleton family is the mastermind behind the event, kindly invited three students to attend from our "Investing and the Good Life" class in the Sheedy Family Program in Economy, Enterprise, and Society at the University of Notre Dame.
