This past week, Radyne had the pleasure of hosting this year's YES Management Training Program from the METAL TREATING INSTITUTE (#MTI) for a tour of our facilities! It was an inspiring afternoon filled with learning, innovation, and hands-on experiences. The team at Radyne provided an overview of #Induction heating. #HeatTreating, #Brazing, and demonstration of our FEA modeling. We’re excited to see the future leaders of metal treating explore our technology and gain a deeper understanding of our industry. Big thanks to everyone who made this visit possible! #Radyne #METALTREATING
