🌎 Latin American professionals are 37% more likely than the global average to agree on incorporating AI into their daily workflow, according to Thomson Reuters. And that's impressive, partly because when you look at some numbers, you could think otherwise: Although the region accounts for 6.3% of global GDP, it receives only 1.6% of worldwide AI investment. But if Latin American history teaches anything, it is that its people know how to surf a wave without the perfect conditions. So, even with lower AI investment, enthusiasm (and action) for adoption remains high. 👉🏻 85% of LatAm professionals believe generative AI should be part of their work. Globally, that number is 62%. 👉🏻 56% say they're genuinely excited about AI's future in their industries, versus a worldwide average of 27%. That only tells us about their intention. How are people taking action? 👉🏻 ChatGPT penetration in Brazil is already higher than in the United States. 👉🏻 And despite representing just 11% of global internet users, the region already accounts for 14% of global visits to AI solutions. But, according to the World Economic Forum, only 23% of LatAm companies are generating economic value from AI use, and only 6% report significant revenue from it. That's one of the reasons local professionals are looking outside their borders. LatAm professionals want to incorporate AI, and they're already putting in the work. That's making them stand out in the global talent market. And companies have already started to notice.

Connecting great professionals with great companies is a mission full of ups and downs. There are "no"s on both sides. Interviews that don't go as planned. Matches that don't end up really matching. But there's a moment that makes it all worth it: when we send a job offer. That moment isn't the end of the journey for Strider. In fact, it's right in the middle of it. After the hire, we care about making sure talent stays happy and integrates well. Onboarding, HR support, everything that comes with working across borders for years. We're there through all of it. But if we could pick a moment that represents the joy of what we do… Maybe this would be the one 🧡 If you're a LatAm tech professional looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to meet you at onstrider.com

Vai, Brasil! Yesterday, part of the team got together in Belo Horizonte to cowork and watch Brazil's World Cup game ⚽ There was finger food. There was yellow and green everywhere. There was nail-biting, quite literally until the last minute. But in the end, all went well for our Brazilian Striders, who are on to the round of 16! Rooting for all our Latin American and North American teams in this next stage 🏆 🧡

You probably spent a good amount of time on your LinkedIn headline. And your About section too. But your Education section? Well, what we've seen is that most people write it once and never touch it again. The thing is, it's one of the first places international recruiters look. They might even filter for certain criteria. So, here's a quick checklist to review your Education section and give it a fresh look: ✅ Complete your school name, degree type, field of study, and start/end dates ✅ List your degrees in reverse chronological order ✅ Link your institution to its official LinkedIn page ✅ Include relevant coursework and achievements in your description ✅ Add keywords that match the language in the job descriptions you're targeting ❌ No primary or secondary education ❌ No incomplete degrees without context ❌ No courses, licenses, or certifications here Run through the list above and let us know: how many items did your Education section check?
