Telemundo Studios announces the expansion of its alternative content portfolio with an innovative slate of Spanish-language, short-form vertical series created for today’s mobile-first audiences. ✅ This new format blends Telemundo’s signature storytelling with the immediacy of bite-sized narratives, delivering dynamic and diverse content in compact episodes that reflect how viewers consume media today. ✅ The programming will include vertical adaptations of some of Telemundo’s most successful series — including ‘Armas de Mujer’ and ‘Diario de un Gigoló’ — alongside original productions developed specifically for this format. ✅ The slate will debut with ‘María, Mother of God’, the first-ever biblical series in vertical format — co-produced with VIP 2000 TV. “With this new mobile-format portfolio, we are expanding Telemundo’s legacy of Spanish-language drama while adapting to how audiences prefer to consume content today,” said Javier Pons, Chief Content Officer & Head of Telemundo Studios.
