This recently completed 42,100 SF facility is a true example of the Power of One, coming together to deliver quality from the ground up. Our team handled foundational work, slab on grade, and the full site concrete package, while also serving as the General Contractor and self-performing wall framing, door, and cabinetry installation. The pre-engineered metal building includes a showroom, parts area, and mezzanine housing offices and conference rooms. The other half serves as a fully equipped shop for servicing John Deere and lawn equipment, complete with a wash bay large enough for combines and other large machinery. Major progress is taking shape on Eureka’s flood protection project! Our Keeley Construction team is constructing the pump station and concrete flood gate closure structures, two critical components of the system that will help safeguard the community during severe weather events. The pump station will feature fully automated flood gate control and two submersible 390 HP pumps capable of moving up to 100,000 gallons of water per minute. Paired with reinforced concrete flood gates, these systems are designed to provide lasting protection and resilience for the City of Eureka. Our team transformed 4,080 SF across four floors of a six-story commercial building in Downtown Clayton through a comprehensive tenant improvement project for Enterprise Bank & Trust. Following demolition, the renovation introduced entirely new construction throughout the space. Our teams installed new wall systems, doors, glazing, high-end finishes, updated casework, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. New ceilings, modern lighting, and fully upgraded MEP and fire alarm systems were also added to meet current standards and tenant needs. Every phase was executed with precision in an active urban setting, balancing safety, efficiency, and quality. The result is a revitalized, high-performance office environment designed for comfort, functionality, and long-term use. Keeley Construction proudly partnered with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. to upgrade critical infrastructure at Hermann Oak Leather Company. Together, we focused on constructability, value engineering, and ensuring EPA compliance. As General Contractor, Keeley oversaw the installation of a new 200,000-gallon treatment tank and associated process piping, self-performing all structural concrete, excavation, and underground piping, replacing a tank that had been in service for 40 years. Our team recently had the opportunity to tour the facility and gain a deeper understanding of its operations. A big thank-you to Hermann Oak for hosting us, it was a valuable experience to see the impact of our work firsthand! #KeeleyBuilt
