We’re excited to welcome Flavia Pease as our new Chief Financial Officer! Flavia is a seasoned financial leader with nearly 30 years of experience in medical technology and healthcare. She most recently served as CFO of Charles River Laboratories and spent more than two decades at Johnson & Johnson, including as Group CFO of the global Medical Devices business, where she oversaw financial operations for a $27 billion global portfolio. She has a strong track record of scaling businesses, leading global operations and driving growth in complex healthcare markets.   Since joining Insulet’s Board of Directors in 2024, Flavia has been a valuable partner in shaping our strategy and has a deep understanding of our operations and financials. In connection with her appointment as CFO, she will step down from the Board upon beginning her new role. As CFO, Flavia will help guide Insulet’s next chapter of growth and innovation, strengthening our financial foundation as we continue to expand access to our life-changing technology worldwide. At Insulet, we’re proud of our amazing team members who dedicate their time and talents to support the diabetes community in meaningful ways. In Atlanta, Georgia, Insulet’s U.S. Field Team joined the fun at Camp Kudzu. The Camp hosts three week-long overnight summer camp sessions for children ages 8–18. During summer sessions, campers enjoy a wide variety of traditional camp activities with diabetes education integrated throughout each day. Team members Bethany Harris, Jonathan Clarke, Amy Hicks, and Jami Lynn Phillips supported camp activities with medical supervision and taught campers new diabetes management skills and lessons. This helps campers gain a sense of community and independence as they learn and have fun with other children who have type 1 diabetes. #TeamInsulet

Insulet is deeply honored to have received the Pro Patria Award at the recent Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR) Award Ceremony, held at the Concord Museum and Armory in Concord, MA. Insulet’s Global Downstream Medical Affairs team recently joined forces to support The Switch, an educational charity serving the community of Tower Hamlets in London.   More than 20 employees gathered in our London office to assemble activity packs designed to provide meaningful educational experiences that raise aspirations and boost career opportunities for young people across the U.K. "To be able to provide hands-on materials for young people to hopefully inspire the next generation of innovators was incredibly valuable for our team and we encourage others at Insulet to join us in helping causes in their own communities," said Medical Affairs Manager, Brenda Ferris MS, RD, CDCES. #TeamInsulet

We’re excited to share that Amit Guliani has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, after his successful tenure as Acting CTO.  Since joining Insulet in 2023, Amit has been an impactful leader—strengthening our engineering organization, enhancing customer experience, and helping to further launch Omnipod® 5 globally.  As Insulet’s CTO, Amit will lead the development and implementation of scalable technology platforms to support Insulet’s rapid growth.
