🗂️ In response to an executive order passed earlier this year, many Federal agencies are facing the complex challenge of monitoring attendance and managing mandatory occupancy reporting minimums. At IA, we recently helped a Federal agency tackle this head-on. Our team analyzed 1.4M square feet across 73 floors in 13 buildings in just two weeks. Using a combination of our workplace expertise and proprietary software, we delivered three actionable, data-driven scenarios to achieve compliance and allow for future staffing flexibility. 🎉 We celebrated North East Medical Services's Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for its new PACE Center (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) on Friday, a project that represents a groundbreaking evolution in culturally responsive #HealthcareDesign. This flagship facility is a vacant commercial shell converted into a comprehensive center for elder health and community-based care services. The facility features a full medical clinic, memory care rooms, a physical and occupational therapy wing, a pharmacy, and administrative spaces. It also integrates lifestyle-oriented amenities such as an activity room, media lounge, meditation space, and dining areas for patients and staff members. From the expansive reception with a felt mobile canopy, to organic paths and materials, patients are immersed in an environment designed for both clarity and welcome.
