Our commitment to a greener event includes: ♻️ Venue Selection: We've chosen Messe Basel, a venue dedicated to sustainability. ♻️ Eco-Friendly Initiatives: We are reducing waste by eliminating aisle carpet and plastic badge holders and providing free water refill stations to reduce plastic waste. ♻️ Paperless Event: All event details will be available on the event app, eliminating the need for printed agendas and brochures. ♻️ Sustainable Operations: We work with suppliers who demonstrate sustainable practices and reuse materials, such as pallets for theatre designs, from show to show. ♻️ Sustainable Catering: Our menus will include vegan and vegetarian options, and all serveware will be sustainable with no single-use plastics. REMEMBER! Bring your own reusable water bottle! 🚰 Hydration stations will be available throughout the venue, helping us reduce our consumption of single-use plastic and minimise our environmental footprint.
