We’re proud to support the incredible work of the California Retirement Management Account (CARMA) in their mission to ensure retired racehorses thrive in their second careers.  This past weekend, FanDuel TV hosted the sixth annual CARMAthon fundraiser, raising more than $200,000 for Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance — including a $25,000 donation from FanDuel. The event highlighted inspiring stories of retired racehorses, with the funds helping power CARMA’s grant program to support more than 20 Thoroughbred aftercare charities. Today, Flutter Entertainment announced its Q2 2025 earnings, showcasing strong US performance, where FanDuel continues to lead the market. US revenues rose 17% year-on-year, with sportsbook up 11% and iGaming up a remarkable 42%.    After two quarters of unfavorable sports results, June was a standout month, delivering one of our highest gross revenue margins on record.     We added SGP+ and profit boost functionality to our Your Way feature during the NBA playoffs, and our SGP offering continues to see excellent customer engagement. We also added new features for the NHL and WNBA during Q2 and expanded our SGP live offering to tennis for the first time, helping to deliver a record Wimbledon for FanDuel.    FanDuel Casino also made excellent progress, extending its market share lead to 27% of GGR, reflecting our strategy in action. Our strategic focus on casino-first customers is paying off, with AMP growth of 32% and a record number of new gaming titles to the platform in Q2, thanks to the Flutter Edge.    These strong results highlight our clear leadership in both online sports betting and iGaming, strengthened by the advantages of the Flutter Edge, which also saw us launch our ground-breaking Real Time Check-In responsible gaming tool during the quarter.     I'm incredibly proud of our talented colleagues at FanDuel and across our global network.
