We are excited to announce the successful closing of our Fund V at $825 million of investor commitments. The Fund was significantly oversubscribed, reaching its increased hard cap, substantially above the original hard cap of $750 million and the target of $600 million, and a more than 50% increase over the capital raised for our Fund IV.
