They are extremely systematic, clear, and pleasant to work with. Every hurdle we ran into was met not only with respect and professionalism, but with collaborative creativity. DataCose shows time and time again how well they understand the ultimate goal of what I was trying to build with my company, and has kept it in mind with every line of code. Most bad tech fails to solve a real problem. A business leader explains the challenge, then the tech team builds what they heard. Then 3 months later, the system technically works, but doesn't really solve the core problem. That's the gap Rida Aleem is here to close. She just joined DataCose as our newest Business Analyst. Her job sounds simple, but it isn't easy: Get close to the real business problem before anyone starts building. She'll be working with clients to: • Run workshops • Find the real needs and pain points • Understand the business goals • Design the right systems • Work with our developers to turn those ideas into tools that actually help Rida brings 7+ years of experience across iGaming, fintech, renewable energy, healthcare, emergency services, AI, and automation. She's worked as a data analyst and data scientist. But the thing I'm most excited about is that she knows how to figure things out from scratch. She's lived in different countries, worked across different industries, and built a career around making sense of complex problems. That skill is huge in our world, because every client has a different mess. Every founder has at least one process they know is costing them time and money, but they haven't had the space to fix it yet. Rida is going to help us find those cracks faster and build cleaner systems around them. Welcome to DataCose, Rida. We're excited to build with you! What’s the biggest miscommunication you’ve seen between business teams and developers? Tell me below.

In 45 minutes, you'll have the exact framework to show them. Dylan Kinder, CEO at DataCose, has helped over 20 businesses "hire" AI Employees in the last 12 months. Most AI initiatives fail because they're focused on the wrong things. He's taken his real-world implementation experience and packaged it into a repeatable roadmap. He's handing you all of his tools to build this roadmap on this call. By the end, you'll have everything you need to sit down and map out a real AI implementation for a service business. Whether for your own business, or for a client's, you'll put together a specific build sequence with a clear ROI. Here's what you're walking away with: → The Workflow Audit: The exact exercise Dylan runs inside real businesses to find 20+ hours of wasted time every week. You can run this with a client tomorrow. → Done-for-you template: Nothing to build from scratch. Everything is ready the moment the call ends. → Live Tear-Down: Dylan picks one attendee and maps their full AI implementation live. You watch every step in real time. After talking to hundreds of business leaders, that’s the number one concern we hear. "How do I use AI to scale without sounding like AI?" We’ve all seen AI slop in our inboxes. Long emails and LinkedIn posts that start with “In today’s fast-paced…” or "it's not X, it's Y." You can instantly tell it was written by AI. It feels impersonal and cold. So you do what everyone else does: you scroll right past it. This is a real problem. In today's newsletter, we break down the two strategies we recommend to founders. PLUS: An Exclusive Offer. We’re selecting ONE company in January to build a working "AI-First" model for, completely for free. We want to prove exactly how AI solves your bottleneck, not just talk about it. Read the full breakdown (and claim your spot) here!

Will your business moat survive AI? We were all taught to build a "moat" around our business. Here are three we often see in the SMB space: 1. A powerful brand. 2. White-glove service. 3. An innovative process. For each of these, let’s explore how AI is poised to destroy it. A powerful brand - Hyper-personalized ads and messaging look others look as credible as you. - Voice clones spoof endorsements and sow doubt. - Infinite content makes it harder to stand out. White-glove service - Competitors deeply 24/7 AI concierges to respond faster and cheaper. - Expectations ratchet up to instant, proactive service you can't match manually. An innovative process - AI agents allow even more innovative workflows. - AI advancements raise the average service level higher, eroding your advantage. On the flip-side, those who leverage AI to lean into their existing strengths can double or triple-down on what makes them special. For these three moats, let’s explore how AI can fortify them. A powerful brand - 1:1 brand experiences at scale: personalized sites, emails, and offers without sacrificing brand. - AI reputation defense: detect and takedown impersonations within minutes. White-glove service - Customer support copilot to provide instant context, suggest next best actions, and auto-draft follow ups. - Pro-active care: AI automatically detects risks and triggers intervention before issues surface. - Memory of preferences: agents remember little things that make services feel bespoke. - Service guarantees backed by automation. An innovative process - Turn the process into an orchestrated agent system with even more robust capabilities. - Build proprietary datasets to continuously optimize and auto-improve self your process with AI. The businesses that will survive the future are focused now on learning and innovation. At today’s pace, staying still means falling behind. What’s your business superpower? How are you using AI to supercharge it? Share in the comments below!

You’re probably wasting a full workweek on a task AI can do in minutes. We were chatting with a long-time newsletter subscriber last week. He mentioned a task that stole hours from his week. It was the kind of work that drains your energy. Dull, manual, and repetitive but critical to grow his business. As he explained it, we realized this wasn't just a boring task. It was a perfect job for an AI. After our call, we took 15 minutes to write a high-performing prompt for him. We sent it over with a simple note: “This should save you at least an hour every week.” That may not sound like a lot… But 1 hour a week = 52 hours a year. From one little tool, he saved over a week of work. Perhaps more importantly, he can now do something more fulfilling with that time. This is a great example of how everyone should be using AI to make their lives better. - You don’t need a complex plan. - You just need to find one small problem to solve. - Then write a reusable prompt to help you with it. Try this simple 3-step plan: 1. Find a Task You Do Over and Over       Think of something you do every week.       It should be fairly structured and follow roughly the same steps.       Think about weekly reports, summaries, or follow-up emails.     2. Tell AI Its Role       Imagine you are hiring a person for just this one task.       Who would you hire?       What instructions would you give them?       Writing it down step-by-step becomes your perfect AI prompt.     3. Start Small to Win Big       Start by saving just 1 hour a week.       Then find the next opportunity.       Every minute saved adds up fast!       Soon, you’ll see your role shift to higher-level, bigger-impact work.       You’ll feel more focused.       And you’ll have more energy for the fulfilling work that really matters.    See the full guide! https://lnkd.in/d7A8fiGS

Your proposal is going to be ignored. How we improved our close-rate by 54% in Q1 with AI. We had a big sales call coming up. We could've made a normal slide deck. But who wants to see another generic, presentation template. So we decided to build a simple tool instead. Turning a static PDF into a dynamic ROI calculator. We wanted a calculator to show the client their potential ROI in real-time. First, we explained the business case to an AI model. It gave us a working calculator tool in minutes. But, as usual, the first thing it produced didn’t quite work. The AI made some wrong guesses about the business goal. So we gave it a round of feedback. We had it focus only on the *new* sales our project would bring. The AI instantly rebuilt the calculator. This time it fumbled the math. So we gave it more feedback and it worked perfectly. Looking to push it the extra mile, we decided it would be more valuable if it could model the worst-case scenarios as well. What if our work only lead to one extra sale per quarter (instead of the 3 targeted)? During the sales call, we didn’t just talk at them. We worked together with them to ensure investing in this tech made business sense. We played with the numbers together, live, modeling several scenarios. This turned the sales pitch into a working session. It also helped us ask for key numbers in a natural way. “What if you only made 1 extra sale per quarter?” “Let’s see what happens if your close rate improves by 10%.” After seeing even the worst-case scenario modeled, the cost to implement was a no-brainer. They could see the value right on the screen. The conversation changed from ‘’Is this worth it?’’ To ‘’How do we make the best-case happen?’’ This kind of speed and agility is the real power of AI in business. It took less than 30 minutes to build. Instead of making another generic slide deck, consider using AI to build an interactive tool. Something that will allow you to have a better discussion. And help ensure your work will bring a high ROI. Read the full guide here: https://lnkd.in/db3a2Evi

2025 year left a mark. We had to let good people go. We had to pivot our offerings and project approach. We had to become students again to keep up with all the changes in AI. It included some of the hardest things we’ve ever done as founders. But it really forced us to look at everything we do and ask what truly matters. - Where is the intersection between tech and business heading? - What’s the core thing that our clients value in our work? - And how do we 10x our impact? Tech and business is evolving at a shocking rate. Sometimes working with AI feels like being strapped to a rocket. While it can be scary seeing everything change rapidly, it’s also exciting. It’s one of the biggest opportunities in our lifetime. Here’s our prediction going into 2026. We’re at the start of the end for “one-size fits all” business software. For too long, only giant corporations could afford to invest in custom tools. They had the budget to build systems that fit them perfectly, helping them support hyper growth. Small and medium businesses have had to settle for generic apps that don’t quite fit. This barrier is being demolished. Custom business apps are starting to explode. Imagine the perfect software that warps around your business like a glove. You can offload a ton of manual work to it and focus on treating your customers well. Business owners don’t start businesses just to manage a bunch of spreadsheets. They started it to make a mark in the world. The most powerful tools to buy back your time are finally becoming affordable. So you can refocus on the reason you started in the first place. → In 2024, the question was always “can we afford automation?” Now as we close 2025, what we're hearing more from business leaders is “can we afford not to?” It turns out that 2026 is the Year of the Horse, a period for pursuing dreams, making changes, and embracing new opportunities with courage and enthusiasm. We're looking forward to the ride! We're documenting what we’re building. We want to inspire and show business leaders how to build real tech that actually moves their business forward. If you’re already building AI in your business or thinking about getting started, join our free Tech Growth Insights newsletter to learn alongside a community. https://lnkd.in/gWZ3UPQm
