Get to know Drew Conly, General Manager of Galleria Park Hotel in San Francisco. Drew was recently promoted to this role, marking a major milestone in a career that began more than a decade ago with the CoralTree team as a Food and Beverage Manager at the then Resort at Squaw Creek (now Everline Resort & Spa). His journey through various F&B and operations roles across various CoralTree properties reflects a true success story of growth, perseverance, and leadership. Drew’s career is a remarkable example of growth within our organization. He began his hospitality journey as a Food and Beverage Manager and quickly demonstrated a talent for leadership. After a successful tenure at Terranea Resort, he returned to Squaw Creek, where he spent nearly seven years steadily advancing through resort operations. His dedication and performance led him back to Terranea, this time as Director of Rooms, before stepping into the general manager role at Galleria Park earlier this year. Over the past several months, Drew has shown exceptional leadership, driving high performance while fostering a culture rooted in empowerment, his favorite brand pillar. He believes that giving people the freedom to take risks and learn from failure is essential to growth, both personally and professionally. Drew is also deeply passionate about the outdoors, especially winter sports. He’s been skiing since the age of three and dreams of one day skiing in Niseko, Japan. Just recently, he celebrated a major personal milestone—he got married at the end of July to his wonderful partner, KC. What makes this promotion especially meaningful is how well Drew aligns with the spirit of Galleria Park Hotel. He’s inspired by its reputation within CoralTree and the greater San Francisco hotelier community for its unique blend of historic charm and modern hospitality. Earlier this summer, the CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii team partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help construct fencing at a local work site.
