They took on a massive project: building an innovative, sustainable manufacturing facility to support our pets' health. The result? In just 23 months, they created CP's first automated Smart Factory! Personally, I’m happy to be part of the Live Better Committee. Building connections while supporting the next generation ✨ Every summer, we welcome high school students to intern with our teams. This year's cohort supported functions including AI, enterprise oral care, marketing and communications, learning about our business while sharing their perspectives with our teams. This summer, students had the opportunity to sit down with Noel Wallace, Colgate-Palmolive’s Chairman, President and CEO, to hear about his career journey and the importance of bringing your full, authentic self to work. Our longtime high school internship program includes students from our partners at Prep for Prep and The Wadleigh School.
