Around 25,000 people each day visit the Crown Prosecution Service’s website. From today, they will see a fresh, new look which aims to serve our visitors’ needs as we have put them at the forefront of the website’s redevelopment. This forms part of our work to improve the service we provide to victims. Our goal was simple: make information easier to find and understand for everyone. We've redesigned the entire site with improved navigation and clearer layouts, conducting user research throughout to ensure people's voices shaped every decision. We'd like to thank everyone who took part in these sessions, including those in the Criminal Bar Association, police forces and Victim Support, who have helped shape our work. We have significantly enhanced our Violence Against Women and Girls content, making it clearer how we’re strengthening our work in this area. The new site reflects our commitment to accessible, user-focused services that work for everyone who needs them. Our work doesn’t stop here.
