Looking back at two powerful days that marked the close of the Women Startup Program's Incubation III at NSRCEL! This two-day interaction, held as a part of the Women Startup Program - a CSR Initiative by Kotak Mahindra Bank, featured the Grant Pitch Day, where 30 women founders pitched their ventures to our panel of industry experts and mentors. This cohort featured a strong representation of founders from across sectors including Green Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Fashion & Apparel, Education, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Social Impact, Agriculture, Media & Entertainment, and Consumer Goods. We also hosted a founder showcase where ventures from across these sectors got to bring the best of their offerings to the IIMB Community Joining us at this engagement was Sahar Mansoor, founder of Bare Necessities (India's first FMCG brand to be Certified B Corp), who shared her journey of building the Bare Necessities - reminding founders that meaningful businesses are built with intention, patience, and the courage to start small! The 2026 LF Decentralized Trust Mentorship Program invites maintainers and active contributors to propose mentorship projects that support ongoing work across the LFDT ecosystem. Our program provides a structured opportunity for maintainers to guide new contributors while supporting development in open source projects.
