We’re proud to announce that BayCare Health System's St. Joseph’s Hospital has successfully placed their first Aortix® pump as part of the CSP001-E DRAIN-HF clinical study. This groundbreaking study is designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Aortix® percutaneous mechanical circulatory support pump in patients with acute decompensated heart failure who remain congested despite diuretic therapy. This milestone makes St. Joseph’s Hospital the first BayCare site to complete an implantation.
