Older adults with memory loss and their caregivers enjoyed singing along with young talent Felicity Garcia at our Spanish-language memory café this month. Residents of Heritage Towers in Amesbury had the opportunity to participate in a Sound Bath meditation program aimed at helping to reduce stress and promote emotional and physical well-being. It’s just one of the Mind Body Wellness programs offered by AgeSpan in coordination with community partners. Offered by Satya Soul Sound Healing & Meditation, this program was made possible thanks to the Essex County Outreach and the Bureau of Justice Assistance COSSUP grant.
