Robby Carter began his career with AAA Cooper Transportation in 1986 as a part-time dockworker, quickly moving to full-time the following year. Inspired by his father’s work as a truck driver, Robby jumped into the industry and hasn’t looked back, enjoying every step of his career. While he appreciates the great pay, Robby says his favorite part of the company is the friendships he’s formed. “They’re more than coworkers—they’re family,” he shares. Chester Parker began his career with AAA Cooper Transportation in 1979 as a dockworker after being introduced to the industry by his brother-in-law, a driver for the company. Decades later, his appreciation for the work remains strong, especially the satisfaction of operating a forklift and loading freight with care and precision. Tom Watson joined AAA Cooper Transportation in 1987 as a hostler, bringing with him the experience he’d gained since first entering the industry four years earlier. His career began behind the wheel, hauling loads from a poultry producer to local restaurants, where he learned the value of hard work and attention to detail.
