Steps to Reproduce
- Reproduction Steps
Update Visual Studio Code to the latest official version.
Install and launch the Claude CLI integrated terminal inside VS Code.
Scroll up/down through long conversation history in the Claude CLI panel.
Open Claude CLI in its separate standalone floating window, try to select text with mouse to copy content.
- Actual Result
Scrolling the chat content in Claude CLI has severe lag and stuttering after the VS Code upgrade, scrolling response is very slow.
When using the independent floating window of Claude CLI: cannot select any text with mouse drag, so copying text is impossible.
- Expected Result
Smooth, lag-free scrolling when browsing Claude CLI chat history.
Normal mouse text selection and copy functionality working properly in the standalone Claude CLI window.
