Future Materials Bank

The Future Materials Bank is an online archive of sustainable materials and material knowledge that supports the transition towards ecologically conscious art and design practices. The archive is free to access, open for submissions, and owned by a nonprofit foundation.

Future Materials

The Future Materials programme at the Jan van Eyck Academie expands the scope and activates the knowledge of the Future Materials Bank. It consists of a physical lab with material samples, a series of workshops and conversations called Encounters, and two 11-month research fellowships.
