Silversmith in 2015, has since been instrumental in the firm's development, supporting numerous growth investments across the firm's SaaS & Information Services portfolio.
He became an apprentice
silversmith after he left the army in 1949 and combined his studies while working at Hampton Utilities in Birmingham.
It is the fruit of complex, precise and delicate labor that requires the
silversmith to place the silver leaf on a template and beat it to obtain the desired form and decoration.

Rather than a biography, the book is a re-assessment of the
silversmith's near 50-year career, which places him as "one of the greatest artistic entrepreneurs of his day", alongside potter Josiah Wedgwood, master buider Thomas Cubitt and manufacturer Matthew Boulton.
The
Silversmith's Art: Made in Britain Today exhibition will run from September 18 to January 4 at the country's National Museum in Edinburgh and celebrates the talent that makes the UK a world leader in modern silver design.
