Goodman Gluten Free, launched by Bob Goodman, offers in-store bakery items that are scratch baked in gluten-, dairy-and peanut-free facilities, endorsed by an award-winning gastrointestinal specialist and certified gluten-free and kosher
pareve. The company's offerings--including muffins, cupcakes, cookies, brownie bites and bread--are also dairy- and peanut-free, all natural, clean label and non-GMO.
Caterer Frankel says the almond cookies have remained a hit among Jews because they are so "perfectly, wonderfully
pareve." She says that the almond paste base makes the cookie satisfying, even without milk or margarine.
