In controls, 5 species made up 74-76% of the Pre--Post territory composition: Hermit/Townsend's Warbler (HT Warbler 32-26%); Golden-crowned

Kinglet 14-17%); Junco (10-15%); Pacific Wren (P Wren 10-9%); and Brown Creeper (Creeper 8-9%).
Eight species were transient migrants and comprised 495 observations: Yellow-rumped, Chestnut-sided, Magnolia, Tennessee, Nashville, Blackpoll, and Western Palm Warblers, and Ruby-crowned
Kinglet (Regulus calendula) (Table 5).
Placed in tube-shaped, metal-mesh feeders, peanuts will entice woodpeckers, jays, chickadees, titmice, bushtits, nuthatches, brown creepers, wrens,
kinglets, Northern mockingbirds, brown thrashers, starlings, and yellowrumped and pine warblers.
