"What I'm seeing is greater differentiation in terms of the quality of textiles, whether it's genuine silk as opposed to poly/cotton, or in hardbacks, genuine linen versus similar poly/cotton," said Richard Cohon, chief executive officer of C.N.
Veribrite is a hardback that uses a new high-tech plastic process to allow 40 percent more light to shine through.

"The books I have recently really enjoyed reading are two by new writers, Still Missing by Chevy Stevens (Sphere, pounds 6.99 paperback), Before I Go To Sleep by S J Watson (Doubleday, pounds 12.99 hardback), and a non-fiction, The Invention Of Murder, by Judith Flanders (Harper Press, pounds 20 hardback).
* PETER JAMES'S latest novel, Dead Man's Grip, is published by Macmillan, pounds 18.99 in hardback.
"With Robbyn Swan, he's written The Eleventh Day, the definitive account of the 9/11 attacks (Doubleday, August 18, pounds 20 hardback).
* SEYMOUR'S latest novel, A Deniable Death, is published by Hodder on August 4, pounds 17.99 in hardback.
For relaxation, I suppose I'll find out what Jeffery Deaver has done to James Bond in Carte Blanche (Hodder & Stoughton, pounds 19.99 hardback).
"I'll also be taking The Lady Of The Rivers by Philippa Gregory (Simon & Schuster, Sept 15, pounds 18.99 hardback).
