Some officers of the commission have colluded together, taken bribes and
corrupted the examination system.
'Right now, we have a report of up to 686 cards
corrupted. This is out of the 43,000 SD cards that are tested now,' Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez said a press briefing on Friday.
