The recall includes the following product lots:
Robaxin 750 mg, 100 Count Bottle pack, Lot 216702P1, Expiration Date: September 2020; and
Robaxin 750 mg, 100 Count Bottle pack, Lot 220409P1, Expiration Date: January 2021.
Another damaging piece of evidence was the fact that, in the six months prior to her death, she filled prescriptions and apparently took 20 prescription medications, including Percodan (a painkiller),
Robaxin (a muscle relaxant), and Tylenol No.
Medically prescribed anti-inflammatories (Naprosyn), muscle relaxants (
Robaxin), heat therapy, and time off work had not provided any relief.
Also missing were 415 Carisoprodol pills, 33
Robaxin, 79 Topomax/Klonopin and 24 diuretics/antibiotics - although it is not clear whether she had downed them all.
The list of pharmaceuticals administered by jail staff is not in dispute in Benson's case--a combination of Valium, Vistaril,
Robaxin (a muscle relaxant), Elavil, Benadryl, Phenergan (a sedative), and Tylenol with codeine, dispensed four times daily.
Brown: fava beans or rhubarb; sorbitol; senna (a laxative); and such drugs as Aralen,
Robaxin, Aldomet, Flagyl, and Macrobid.
This product is the generic version of Hikma Maple Ltd.'s
Robaxin. Methocarbamol injection is indicated as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy and other measures for the relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions.
