After taking ethical approval from CPSP ethical review board, a specially designed survey forms were emailed to 200 participants who did
ATLS course from January 2008 till December 2016.
Should the acquisitions be approved by each company's respective unitholders or shareholders, APL will be removed from the Index and replaced with NGLS;
ATLS will be removed from the Index and replaced with CSI Compressco L.P.
As needed, the
ATLS can automatically direct a portion of production to forklift pick-up locations for manual rail car loading.
Since a key element in the economic justification for tape automation was the elimination of expensive manual intervention, reliable autonomous operation of
ATLs has been a critical requirement from the very beginning.

Following the distribution of these assets,
ATLS assets will consist of its interests in the general partner and incentive distribution rights in APL, as well as 5.8m APL common units, which will be acquired by TRGP in a merger transaction with
ATLS for approximately USD 1.9bn.

The
ATLS Merger, the APL merger and the spin-off are conditioned on the other and are expected to occur concurrently on 28 February 2015, subject to the approval of the issuance of TRC stock in the
ATLS Merger by the TRC stockholders, the approval of the
ATLS Mergers by the unitholders of
ATLS, the approval of the APL Merger by the unitholders of APL, the effectiveness of Atlas Energy Group's registration statement on form 10 and other customary closing conditions.
